Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. Performance specialist. Postpartum truth-teller.
Postpartum women are routinely cleared at 6 weeks and sent home with zero real guidance. "You can return to activity." That's it. No road map. No one asking what your goals are. No one telling you the truth about what's actually happening in your body.
I became a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist because I kept seeing it over and over — active, driven women being held back by symptoms that were completely addressable. Women who ran marathons, lifted weights, played sports — reduced to Googling "is it normal to leak when I jump" at midnight.
The answer is: it's common. It is not normal. And you do not have to accept it.
StrongHer Mindset exists to fill the gap between "you've been cleared" and "you're actually ready to perform." That gap is where I live. That's what I specialize in.
"To show postpartum women that strength doesn't end at birth — it deepens. And to give every woman the tools, the knowledge, and the plan to train hard, compete, and perform at her highest level."
No more being told to "just do kegels" or accept leaking as your new normal. You deserve real answers.
Recovery is a phase. Performance is the goal. I treat you like the athlete you are — because you are one.
Physical, mental, pelvic. Strength in all three is what StrongHer Mindset is about. Nothing less.
The more you understand your body, the more power you have over it. I teach — not just treat.
